Ok so organic food is free from pesticides, but are there other contaminents that food safety exposure experts should be looking for?

Also are there different levels of positive elemnts such as folic acid present in organic food that could be used to help "market" these foodstuffs.

Organic products should be free from pesticides, but I saw an interesting study in ICPS in Italy which showed that pesticides do show up on "organic" produce. In some cases it was simply a pesticide that made its way from nearby field but in other cases the seem to have been intentionally added. Does anyone else know of any other studies on this?
