Default exposure models and toxicology models

Should computerised exposure models link with toxicology models to further enhance the overall risk assessment process?

Hi Edel,

I certainly think so, we are planning to link dose-response models in the CREMe exposure tool. These models will be able to handle uncertainty using probabilistic methods and can be linked to individual subjects in the data set. Therefore, children can have a different response model than say adults.

Does anybody know of a good resource for these toxicological models online?

Thanks,
Cronan
