More efficient Food Group Manager

The Food Group Manager now shows a clearer view of your Food Group tables. You can edit the properties of table, or download a table, in a similar way to the Data Manager. Click the icon beside a table to edit the Food Groups in that table. From here you can search a Recipes or Foods table in order to populate your Food Groups. It is no longer necessary to create your target Food Group before you go to the
Search page - you can now create a new Food Group from within the Search page itself.
