INRAN

INRAN is the Italian National Research Institute for Food and Nutrition (Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca per gli Alimenti e la Nutrizione). The governmental organisation is mainly involved in research projects related to the surveillance of the dietary intake of hazardous chemicals. INRAN has been happy to use Creme Food Safety on various research projects including the intake of novel foods, such as GM potatoes.

Food Safety Authority of Ireland

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland recently signed up to a 5 year licence on Creme, because the software provides an easily accessible and comprehensive means of conducting probabilistic risk assessments on hazards associated with foods. Using Creme expertise and software the FSAI were able to set up and analyse data to gauge the impact of salt reductions in foods on the salt intake of the Irish population.
