Nanotechnology is no longer a concept for
academic discussion. In this article, we
discuss how the technology is now
transforming the whole infrastructure around
food hygiene and surface protection from farm
to fork.
Products are now transforming the way we clean our buildings, and sanitize food preparation machines and work areas. Organisations now have the ability to protect the food supply chain from microbial and other contaminants more effectively and at the same time eliminate the requirement for aggressive chemicals cleaning process. Of course, this allows the food to be produced more safety, more economically and for the process to be more environmentally friendly. |
