We are delighted to announce that we are hosting a Creme Food Safety and Nutrition meeting in Dublin on the 18th and 19th of September this year. This meeting will be both a user group meeting and an opportunity for those who have not yet used Creme to learn more about it.

Save the dates! Thursday & Friday the 18th & 19th September, 2008.

The Creme meeting in September will involve talks from current users of Creme Food Safety and Creme Nutrition from industry, government and the research community.

User Group Meeting
This will be the first Creme user group meeting and there will be dedicated sessions which will allow you to discuss what you are working on with Creme with your counterparts in other organisations and with the Creme team.

New to Creme?
This meeting will provide you with an opportunity to see how other organisations are using Creme and to discuss your ideas directly with the community and the Creme team.

Training
We will also run training sessions for both new and experienced users to learn more about the models and capabilities of Creme.

Networking
There will be plenty of time set aside for networking and socialising.


We will be in touch to provide you with more details on the agenda, speakers and venue of the meeting.

For now, please mark the 18th and 19th of September in your diary as this is going to be a great event in Dublin!
We have expanded CRN to open it up to more people in order to generate more collaboration and discussion. It is no longer required to register in order to read comments but to post comments you need to be registered and logged in.

There are a number of new items of interest in the online Creme Research Network (CRN) including a new section which aggregates global food safety news.

The Creme newsletter is our way of communicating with you - the food, nutrition and chemical safety professionals of this world. You have received this newsletter either because: you have signed up for it, you have expressed an interest in our Creme products and services over the last number of years, we have worked on a project together or you have joined CRN.

Creme promotes health and safety by enabling industry, regulators and researchers to understand consumer intakes and exposures.
