Content Manager

Job Purpose

The Content Manager for Creme Global is responsible for creating content that underpins impactful marketing campaigns. This person will create a range of content (blog posts, article, case studies, email campaigns, eBooks, press releases) that makes Creme Global stand out from competitors and position them as a market leader and industry expert.



Extensive experience, typically 7+ yrs., of developing content for marketing teams, newspapers or agencies including omni-channel campaign creation, tailored website content, social media, blogs, infographics, articles, case studies, etc.

Good, creative thinker with an ability to engage and work with technical individuals

Experience writing content that ‘unpacks’ technical material

Writing material that ‘speaks’ to a technical audience and ‘lay’ audience

A commercial mindset with an ability to showcase the value your content brings to the business

Know how to repurpose content for different marketing channels (website, blog, white papers, email marketing, social media)

Know how to write content that can plug into an overall marketing campaign

Know how to seek opportunities for content development, internally and externally

Deliver on-time, all the time, every time

You can write clearly – and ideally, be able to write sales copy and call-to-action

You can edit your work so that it is word and grammar perfect

Ideal – you understand how to write for corporate websites, lead gen pages, landing pages

Ideal – you understand how to optimise content for search marketing



Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

A proactive approach to content creation

The confidence to talk to internal stakeholders to create great content

An ability to take a critique of work done, reflect on this and improve

A team player with the ability to work well with the management and technical team to prioritise projects

Ability to objectively ask and answer three questions about all content:

What worked?

What did not work?

What can we do better next time?

And apply these learnings iteratively

A grounded individual who can recognise the importance of contextual inputs for balanced decision-making
