Cronan McNamara
CEO and Founder of Creme Global
Cronan McNamara is passionate about science, predictive analytics, computing, and innovation – bringing these together through Creme Global, founded in 2005. Under his leadership, the team developed a cloud-based data science platform used globally by major corporations and governments to aggregate, anonymize, and analyze data, supporting advanced risk and AI models. Cronan is Adjunct Professor at UCD’s School of Agriculture and Food Science. He holds a BSc in Physics, an MSc in High-Performance Computing, and a postgraduate diploma in International Sales, along with completing the Leadership-4-Growth Program at IESE, Barcelona.
Oonagh Meighan
Chief Operations Officer
Oonagh Meighan is the Chief Operations Officer at Creme Global, leading operations, HR, and strategic initiatives. With a background in programme management, education, and scientific research, she has held leadership roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Hibernia College, and Forfás, managing large-scale projects and driving business transformation. She holds a PhD in Experimental Physics and has worked in semiconductor research and laser technology with global tech firms. Oonagh is passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
William O'Sullivan
Head of Data Science
William O’Sullivan is Head of Data Science at Creme Global, specializing in data-driven solutions for a number of industries With a background in astrophysics and high-performance computing, he designs systems to address industry and regulatory challenges. Leading a diverse team, his focus is on machine learning, privacy-sensitive data sharing, and predictive modeling. His work has driven impactful collaborations with regulators, researchers, and industry partners, establishing him as a thought leader in public health data science.
Zeeshan Khan
Head of Software Development
Zeeshan Khan is a technology leader with over 23 years of experience in software and data engineering, project management, and cloud computing. He has led teams in developing high-performance data science products, optimizing processes like sprint planning, release management, and IT security while ensuring scalability through cloud infrastructure. With expertise in agile methodologies and software development, he has driven innovation and efficiency across industries. Zeeshan holds MSc degrees in Technology & Innovation Management and Computer Science, along with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Engineering.

Brendan is a seasoned expert in data science, regulatory compliance, and food safety, with over 30 years of experience driving innovative, data-driven solutions. At Creme Global, he advances platforms that streamline compliance, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency on a global scale. Specializing in AI-driven tools and real-time food safety insights, he collaborates with industry leaders and regulators to tackle complex challenges. A graduate of Dublin City University with an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. A recognized thought leader, he frequently speaks on food safety culture, microbiome research, and the impact of real-time data in supply chains.
