Dr. Rachael McBride (Scientific Advisor) joined Creme in September 2011. She currently provides statistical support within Creme and contributes to the maintenance and customer support on Creme FoodÂ®. With a BSc in biotechnology combined with a MSc and a PhD in bioinformatics, Rachael has an in-depth knowledge and proven skills in the analysis and interpretation of biological data. Prior to joining Creme, Rachael worked in the area of nutrigenomics research, looking at how the food we eat impacts our health at the genomic level.
Emma Robinson (Food Scientist & Nutritionist) joined Creme in November 2011. Following her completion of a BSc in Food Science at University College Dublin, she completed an MMedSc in Human Nutrition at University of Sheffield. Her MMedSc research specialised in bioactive ingredients and their impact on human health and nutrition culminating in a distinction for her work. Emma has worked in the areas of new product development and quality assurance, giving her a real insight into the food industry. Emma brings to the company an understanding of the food industry combined with knowledge of nutrition.
Both Rachael and Emma have received extensive training in the use of Creme FoodÂ® software for intake and exposure assessment. They look forward to joining Eimear Kelleher and Sandrine Pigat in assisting Creme FoodÂ® clients with projects, queries and requests.
